THERMO DRUM UNIT : Thermo Drum is the most important unit of the entire plant. This unit is available in three models as per plant model.BITUMEN TANK : Fully Insulated Bitumen Storage & Heating Tanks are available with various capacity models. Pumping unit is fitted on this Tank to send the Heated Bitumen in the Thermo drum unit. Sufficient thickness of Insulation & Advanced Oil Burner saves the valuble Fuel for Heating of the Bitumen.THERMO DRUM BURNER : Thermo Drum Burner is the heart of the entire system and hence its efficiency, ease of serviceability etc. are most important factors. The burner is fully automatic and two stage (High & Low) pressure jet type system.
This burner is suitable to use LDO/Diesel as fuel and is fitted with remote control system to detect flame failure and have electric spark ignition system condition hence nil downtime for nozzle cleaning.LOAD OUT CONVERYOR BELT : Load out conveyor Belt transfers the Mixer Material from Thermo Drum to the Gob Hopper from which the material is discharged to the Truck. Gob Hopper is provided with sufficient storage capacity to avoid segregation of material.SLINGER CONVEYOR : Slinger Conveyor is provided to transfer the Screened Raw material from Four Bin Feeder to the Thermo Drum. Load Cell is fitted on this conveyor to weigh the material being transferred.VIBRATING SCREEN : Vibrating Screen is used to remove oversize aggregates from the Raw Material coming from the Four Bin Feeder.MINERAL FILLER : Mineral Filler is provided with sufficient storage & feeding capacity. Pneumatic conveying system is powered with Twin Lobe Air Compressor to assure the delivery of the minerals to the Thermo drum unit.FUEL TANK : Available with us is L.D.O. Tank, which is cost effective, durable and used in various industries for storing chemicals, solvents and other liquids.
