- Four Bin Feeder : Four Bin Feeder With Single chassis construction, these feeder have radial gate at each bin. Opened at any position, drum mix plant these gates regulate aggregate flow. Various individual belts are below these gates to discharge material on gathering belt.
- Vibrating Screen : Slinger conveyor on these drum mixer have single deck vibrating screen. This screen helps in removing oversize aggregate received through four bin feeder.
- Slinger & Cold Conveyor Belt : Main functioning of this Slinger conveyor Belt is to receive aggregate from gathering conveyor and feeds it to Dryer. These Slinger conveyors Belt are inclined and mounted on idlers.
- Thermo Dryer Drum : Thermo Dryer Drum With minimum heat loss these accurately fabricated dryers ensures proper heating of aggregates. Specially designed flight lift and cascade the aggregate to reduce final moisture content. Drum mix plant Provided with segmented driving sprocket, these drums are supported on steel rollers and steel tyres with idlers and guide rollers. At one end of the drum, a fully automatic high pressure auto jet burner is mounted. Heated aggregate is discharged directly to the Hot Conveyor Belts through discharge Mix Material to Truck.
- Bitumen Tanks : Bitumen tanks of capacity 15/20/50 MT are provider and fabricated with steel plates with 50 mm glasswool insulation, thermocouples, manhole etc. Through 2x 2 M.S Jected Pump to pipe lines bitumen is pumped in the dryer drums. These tanks are fitted with independent on- off type burners.
- Pollution Control Unite : Pollution Control Unite with 30 H.P A.C Motor, Exhaust fan, chimney and enclosed multiple cyclones helps in dust collection in these drum mix plants.
- Load Out Conveyor Belt : Hot conveyor belt helps in feeding the mixed aggregate into tippers. These mixed aggregates from dryer drum is discharged on these inclined conveyor provided with hydraulic hopper at delivery to truck.
- Mineral Filler (Lime Filler Unite) : Mineral (Lime) Filler Unite in these drum mix Plant Dryer to feed required quantity of mineral to the drum. These mineral filler is fabricated with steel plates.
- Control Cabin & Control Panel Fully Automatic
- Control Cabin & Control Panel Fully Automatic feather touch controls a fully automatic control panel is provided to control the quality and quantity of production. These control cabins have air conditioned comforts for the operator.
All the controls of burners, load cells, mix temperature, cold feed / mineral / bitumen proportions, etc are automatic or manual. Manual control is possible through over ride system. All the safety measures are adopted to avoid short circuit, overloading etc.
LDO Tank : One LDO Tank of 200/3500/5000 Ltrs. Capacity is provided with each plant.
